We're making salt dough ornaments today!

today...well tonight is my son's christmas program so we'll be doing that today...

i think we're going to be making salt dough ornaments tomorrow...
 
I'm at work. Boo hiss. FI did drive down to have lunch with me, though, and we talked abt the school he's looked into for getting a PhD. Yeah.
 
I'm currently taking a break from ripping the dining room ceiling apart... *sigh* Something is leaking down from the bathroom.

God hates me. LOL
 
We made those last week and L.J. loved it!

I just got back from a manicure/pedicure and am going to start wrapping presents soon.

I've never eaten them, but there was a thread a few days ago about them, and I had to try them. Here's a pic:


Don't ask me how hers look so freakin' perfect. Mine don't look even close to that, but they're still purty. Of course, it could have something to do with the fact that a 3- and 2-year-old are helping me. I should say "helping." I think we'll give these as gifts to our neighbors.

Were you able to get the dipping part to work? I tried them in August and could NOT get the candy part to be smooth
