Hey ladies, I am NOT weighing in this week due to my surgery (made the mistake of stepping on the scale the day I got home and burst into tears. seriously 10 lb gain in 1 flipping day, after not eating and bowl prep?? How does that happen?) So hubby has banned me from the scale this week and told me to take a break, which I am doing. I am home recovering at home and doing pretty well, I just tire very easily, like pathetically easy. LOL!
You all did such an amazing job last week, I am so proud of all of you and your hard work. You are the inspiration that keeps me going on this journey, thank you!! Can't wait to see your progress and numbers this week!!

For sure - water gain, Melly! You'll be rockin' it again once you've healed up.

I weighed in this morning with a loss of 1.4 lbs. That officially put me over the 30 lb mark (30.8 pounds to be exact). Woot!

Looking forward to another good week, I hope!

Can't wait to hear how you all did. :D

Definitely water weight Mel! Rest up this week and you'll be back losing weight again!

Congrats on the 30.8 lbs Lyd!! So excited and happy for you!!!

Well I weighed in on Saturday - and I gained .2 last week :( Was really hoping for my 5 lb star but I'll get it this week! My real battle is not eating once I get home from work. That time until I go to bed are really my downfall. So tonight my goal is to just have a italian ice. then stop. I can do that - I know I can!

Hi! I rejoined 3 Weeks ago and I keep forgetting to post here. :)
Melly - def water weight from the IVs. No scale until you are healed. :)
Lyds - Awesome work. :)
Erin - If dinner is not ready or soon to be ready - that is my downfall, too. Bad bad bad.

This week, I lost 4.6. :) I never had a loss like that - it was .8, a slight gain and this big loss. :)

Melissa, I am glad you are doing okay and happy you are taking time off to heal. That should be your first priority.

Lydia, congrats on the 30 lbs! You are doing so great! :)

Erin, .2 lbs isn't even a gain. You probably lost it getting off the scale! Best wishes for an awesome week! My only tip would be to eat zero point items in the evening if you need something. Personally I love grapes and watermelon right now. :)

Stephanie, 4.6 lbs is wonderful! I am so glad you will be joining us. This thread is an amazing way to stay inspired and motivated.

Erin I agree, that .2 is not even a gain. It will be gone before you know. Stephanie, so glad to have you joining us!! Congrats on the awesome loss!!

Hope everyone is having a good week! How's the recovery going Melissa?

Well I wasn't sure how this week would turn out since I haven't had a lick of activity points since the weekend when we went scalloping. I've been feeling blah with a cough and body aches so I just wasn't up to working out at all.

Maybe it was lack of appetite that helped because I did lose 2.2 lbs! Yay!

Total 34.4 lbs now.

Let's hope I can keep it off this week if my appetite comes back. LOL

Oh Tracy that is AWESOME!!!! Congrats on your loss!! Recovery is going okay. I have good days and bad days and forget it was a major surgery and end up over doing it somedays which then in turn kicks my butt for a few days. My tummy is still swelling each day and from what I have heard that can happen anywhere from a few weeks to a few months after the surgery. I am really bummed I cannot work out until after 6 weeks.

Fantastic job Tracy!!! 34.4 lbs is amazing!!! :D

Mel - glad recovery is going alright! just a day at a time :) So are you back on plan this next week or are you taking a little break?

Had my weigh-in this morning - lost .4 Not a huge amount but I'll take it!! I just really really want to get my 5 lb star!! And then get my first 5%. So this week I am really going to focus on not eating after dinner. One night at a time :)

Tracy, I am sorry you haven't been feeling well, but happy for your loss. :)

Erin, way to go! Those little losses mount up to big losses in the end! Good luck with this upcoming week. :)

I weighed in this morning and I lost 2.1 lbs, for a total of 58 lbs! I am very happy with that, cause I feel like I haven't really lost in a good long while. I hate struggling!

Melissa, you have to give your body time to heal, but I understand your frustration. I was just told that I can't work out or do any strenuous activity for the foreseeable future because of a problem with my achilles tendon. It means walking is my only form of exercise right now. Makes it so much harder to lose the fluff!

Welcome aboard, Heather! Everyone did so well this week! Good work ladies!

I'm back from being on vacation for 10 days. I have to be honest and say that I was super worried to step on the scale last night when we got home. While we were gone we got a lot of exercise. Tons of walking and stairs each day. I promised my family I wouldn't count my points while we were gone. So the first part of the week I just tried to make really good choices at each meal and said no to anything extra (snacks, etc.) As the week went on it got harder and when in Boston in the North End you "have" to have pasta and a canoli...so I did. I'm happy to say that I lost 1 pound while we were gone. I'm down 18 pounds over all now. The hard part is getting back to having to count points again today. But...we have a wedding to go to in LA in October for a college friend and I want to lose 20 more pounds before then so I can get a fabulous dress. It's always good to have a goal!

Melissa - Glad to hear you are starting to heal. Take it easy while you can. 6 weeks will fly by in no time. It's better to heal correctly so you don't have pain later.

Steph - Welcome to the loser club *snicker* congrats on the loss!
Tracy - Hope you are feeling better. Another 2 pounds is great.
Erin - After dinner eating and afternoon eating are the hardest for me. You can do it - but don't starve yourself. If you are really hungry at night then zero point foods are your friend.
Lydia - 30 pounds is outstanding! Congrats!
Lorie - congrats on your loss this week as well. 58 pounds...wow. I feel kinda out there needing to lose over 50 pounds myself and it's good to know that others have done and are continuing to do it. That inspires me!

Heather and everyone else trying to lose weight.... Welcome!

Im having gallbladder problems which is a pain...literally lol but the one good thing is that it's boosted my weight loss again and I have now lost 30 lbs since January. :)

Woot! That's awesome Nikki - except for the gallbladder pain part. Hope you get feeling better soon!
