My first week of WW is done and I weighed in this morning and have lost 7.4 lbs!! I know this will probably not be the norm from here on out, but still excited. Love this program!!

That's awesome Melissa! I only lost .4 this week because I didn't track or count..at ALL. BUT that's 11.4 lbs in 4 weeks...I'll take it!

I'd take it too Tracy. I am already fearing my weigh in on Saturday because I have been a slacker this week on my tracking.

Congrats Melissa! I weigh on Friday so I'll post my progress (or lack of from too much fun on my girls weekend away) then.

I lost 4 pounds. I wish it was more of course. Congrats Melissa and everyone else! I want to get that WW One Pot Meals cookbook now. Everything looks so yummy and easy.

I've officially lost 20 lbs! If I can lose 20 more I'll be the weight I was when I got married..haven't seen it in a LONG time lol

Me, too! Okay--actually, I'm close to that... I was at 19.2 when I last weighed in. But 20 more to go and I will be the same weight I was when I got married... 10 years ago! LOL!

My meeting is tonight. I haven't been in a while. After going to Epcot the other weekend, I think I gained 5 pounds! Yikes. Then life got too busy so I missed another meeting. It's time to get back on track tonight.

HAHA I'm happy I got married fat...I'm already 30 lbs lighter than my wedding day :) I way about 5 lbs more than I did when I met Patrick :D

woohoo!! you girls are so amazing!! i actually just booked myself for a two week stay at a 'biggest loser resort' to give me some needed focus on my weight loss - i've been having so much trouble tracking, etc ...

Woo, hoo! Congrats, everyone. I'm losing on my own rather than through WW, but I'm down 15 lbs so far this year. Slow progress, but since that seems to be the only kind I make weight-wise, I'll take it!

I'll never see my marriage weight again. After years of thinking of my normal weight self as fat, I hardly ate through most of college to lose weight and stay about 125 lbs. I got married a year after graduation at 135 lbs, but it was still much too thin for my frame and was impossible to maintain. Now that I have a life beyond my scale and not an early 20's metabolism, I'll never be close to that again. I don't mourn that one too much, but my pre-kids weight from 5 years later would be amazing and a much more realistic goal.

I am getting serious now!! LOL All this weight loss talk has got me motivated....that and someone implied the other day I was pregnant again....SIGH...I mean I know I could stand to lose 30 lbs but geesh, I really didn't think I looked pregnant.....so a 40 lb loss is my goal!!!!
