I did WW after my sencond baby and did quite well on their "point" program. After just having baby #3 I NEED to lose weight. 60 pounds would put me lower than I think I've ever been but 30 gets me to my pre-baby weight. Anyway, I think I want to try to "Core" program because I have no time for tracking point. I cannot afford to join the program at this time, but thankfully I still have my books.
Anyway, a few questions....
1-I know the core program gives you 35 flex points, can you still earn point by working out?
2-Anyone else tried the core program...any sucess?
3-are oats/plain oatmeal core foods? I can't seem to figure it out
