Weekly newsletters?

Hi. :)
I noticed that I did not receive that last 2 newsletters in my emails. :( I checked my spam and didn't see them there. I was able to go to the blog to see them but I love having them come in my emails. Is anyone else having that issue?

So sorry to read you didn't get them. I got them, so I'm not much of help, I am afraid.
I don't know if you have another e-mailadress? Maybe try to subscribe with another e-mailadress and see what happens?
 
Charlene, I had the same problem and I don't receive the notification either, all that come from SSD. I try to configurate to accept the mail adress and all but nothing work. It just disapears.
I had to change all for another adress mail that I don't use a lot and it works ( old Yahoo one). I have the newsletters again and all the notification when I purchase something.
I'm sorry not be a great helper but I'm reassured I'm not alone.:wub:
 
I just checked your email address, and I'm guessing bellsouth / att has us blocked again for spam because of our newsletter being a mass mailed email. They have the most finicky spam blacklist ever! It's such a pain. I'll do what I can to get us unblocked but its not always easy unfortunately.

That's usually the case when the newsletter just stops coming. I promise I send them twice a week every week haha :D

I'm glad you found a way to get them. I'm too set in my ways to try looking into how to have more than one email address. lol

I totally understand Charlene. My second mail adress is super old and was more for junk mail or when I don't want to use my principal mail address for not having spam. Lol. But I practically never use it so I had to add it everywhere to watch it.
I truly hope the newsletter will come back!:)
Do you receive the notification, for example when you buy something, do you have the receipt mail and the download links?
I don't either, it happens the same day, I was so sad!
 
We use gmail...I have one just for scrapping.
We have emails for everything...Bills, traveling, personal, scrapping, promos (getting free subscriptions to things) and shopping...I think that is it. I loose track sometimes. LOL Hubby keeps making new ones. :)

Oh my gosh. I don't know if I could handle that. lol I have one that I've had for ages. 20+ years, I think. lol
 
I don't think I'm getting mine either. I'm going to sign up with my gmail to be on the safe side.
 
Just wanted to post an update here! I just got an email back from the att postmaster (which includes bellsouth/sbcglobal/yahoo/ etc.) that our email sending has been unblocked so hopefully you will start getting your emails again on those addresses. Crossing my fingers!
 
Also, you can see how long it took to get a reply from them : /

If anyone else isn't getting our weekly NLs and you want me to look into it and make sure you aren't on a suppression list in our software, feel free to DM me your email and I'll check it out <3
 
I'll keep my eye open for the next one. The funny thing is my Yahoo lets through all sorts of junk. Everything but what I WANT to see. lol
 
Thanks for letting me know. I did create a gmail address. My downloads have been going to it now but still not the newsletters. Maybe I’ll switch it back to my bellsouth email and see what happens this week. lol
 
I've never received a newsletter and I've tried with two different email addresses. I make a point to check the blog on the weekend for all the news.
 
I've turned to relying on the blog these days, too. I think I'll leave my settings for the gmail address today. If I don't receive the newsletter this evening, I'll switch back to the bellsouth email in my settings and see if next week's comes there. Fingers crossed.
