We lost our pet today...

yikes - what every dog's person/family wishes will never happen - you just hope to store up all the joy they bring you against that day. I feel for you and your family and my prayers are with you.
 
Megan I am so so sorry for your loss. Sending huge hugs to you and your family! It's been almost a year since we had to do this and I still think the house is too quiet so I know what you are dealing with. Again I am sorry.
 
Thanks very much for all your kind words & thoughts. It really means so so much. I peeked on before I went to bed and read all the replies and am just feel so lucky to have such wonderful online friends.

I'm still a wreck today, almost more than yesterday since when you wake up you realize that it WASN'T all a dream. I kept waking up throughout the night moving my legs to find her since she always slept in between my legs or my husbands (when he is actually home). And, if you have ever been around a pug you know what their breathing sounds like. The non-pug owners would always ask..."isn't that annoying" but for me it was almost therapeutic and helped me sleep better and not hearing her all day breathing like this is just horrible.

It's hard to look at all of our pictures because she is in almost all of them. It is hard when the kids ask about her and ask me to go to heaven and get her back.

Awwww huni big {{{{{HUGGS}}}}}} to you I have been where you are and it sucks (for lack of a better word) I hope you feel much better soon. Are you guys going to do anything special such as a little memorial thing in the yard. We have one by our dogs fav. tree.
 
Oh my I am so sorry. I am a big animal lover. This past Dec when I was pregnant my cat turned up MIA. I searched forever but he was no where to be found. I cried forever too. :( Hugs! I am so sorry.
