We lost our pet today...

How fast things can change and turn your life upside down. I can't type much because my eyes are so filled with tears it is hard to see. We had to have Bailey, part of our family, put to sleep today. :crying: It really, is a freakish accident kind of story, and I'm still in shock that this day even happened. As I type this I keep thinking she is laying up against me, as always. She was such a good girl and so so smart. My head is pounding from so much crying and I feel plain 'ol sick but I just wanted to ask for some prayers or good thoughts because my heart is broken. It is so quiet in the house now even with the two kids...it's just strangely quiet.

oh my gosh..that is so terrible when you lose a pet...we lost our beloved Chipper a few months ago..soooo sad... time will heal :) i will say a little prayer for you and your sweet family... i hate to hear that! xoxo
 
{{{{{ Megan}}}}}}, I am so,so,so very sorry for your loss. It's a pain I still feel from losing my girl last year and I, like the others, know how deep this loss is. I've a feeling that Bailey is up there with my Brigitte, playing, and they're just waiting for us one day.

Oh no, pets are like family. I'm sorry you lost her and I'm sure she had a good life. (((hugs))
