we are back at the hospital

Please try to get some rest Sara, though I know it will be hard. As to having to be at work, you're just starting a new job, one that is important to your family's well being, so I am sure your husband understands the necessity of you being there. Hopefully someone else can be with him at the hospital while you are working. Honestly, it's a tough situation, but you have the strength and grace to keep doing what needs to be done. I will continue to pray for you all. You guys sure deserve a break.

I hope you get some answers today.

Personally I went to the ER with lots of pain and dehydration ... ER ran tests and said gallbladder was fine. Sent me home. A week of throwing up constantly and 2 doctor visits and then a sonogram showed a rock garden ... so ER messed up the doctor said ... hope someone double-checks lab results so you get the right answers.
 
I'm sorry that he's still in the hospital while you start your first day at a new job. I'm thinking about you and praying for you all!
 
Thinking about you both today. Sending prayers that people at the new job are kind and supportive and that the hospital figures out quickly how to help your husband feel better.
 
This hospital may indeed make me crazy. All scans were fine. He has a bowel obstruction, and the scan frim yesterday was reviewed. His gallbladder is functioning at 25%..which they believe is a chronic issue...not an acute one. We are in a wait and see pattern at this point. .still hoping he can go home tomorrow.

Work went fine, i am replacing 2 part time people and only one was there today, so i was able to leave at 2 and come up here. Pretty sure the admin/social media girl could leave tomorrow and i would be just fine lol
 
Ugh! Gall bladder issues can make you so sick! I'm so sorry he's going through this. :( Sending positive thoughts.

Blood counts are better today. The fluid still in his lung from post op is still there, and hasnt reabsorbed like it should have by now. They are checking with the surgeon today to see if its still a concern and they need to do surgery today or if he can go home.
 
Ugh. I hope they can get some answers and get him to feeling better and back home with you all. I'm glad your day at work went well. You guys are in my thoughts and prayers!
