Warning about Viovio

This still annoys me... I want to send an email and tell them that "I order on average 20-30 photobooks a year and was considering switching to them from Shutterfly... however, the way they treated my friend, Vanessa... I'm not sure their CS meets my expectations." Then send it also out on Twitter to my hubby's 40,000 contacts...

But I won't... unless you want me too... ;)
 
You're a better woman than me. Just because they were nasty to you- I'd be raising pure heck and calling the better business bureau. I'd let them know that one of their biggest set of customers, digital scrapbookers, will all know what a lovely company they are to deal with. There's just no excuse for being rude to people in a business. Never. Ever. Never. Nada. They don't deserve the pleasure of taking your complaints.
 
Yes, Grace is the nicest ever. I would totally forward that email to her!! Maybe she could find out who sent it or do something! Crazy. I'm still going to use them because the price and quality, but I can't get over it! It's so rude!

ITA if u have grac's email that u have had positive interactions before, fwd it too her, for her information.

For real. She should've been bending over backward and saying that it didn't matter if it was drying and waiting to be bound, she would make whatever needed to happen, happen.

What a disappointment.
 
talk with your money, ladies! Being pissed and continuing to shop there doesn't help. I say we all get together and boycott, provide the list of names/users participating in the boycott, and estimate our annual photo spend.

I PROMISE that if we find a manager at Viovio to receive it, they will be more than happy to resolve Vanessa's issue.

I totally agree. I'm all about CS, and regardless of price if the CS sucks, I don't shop there. Period.

I'm waiting to see how this book looks. I asked them if I could pay extra for a new cover if it was wrong, but they said there was nothing they could do.

I'm done using them. I'll probably go back to shutterfly.
