Now I don’t have a strong layout preference for any of these kits but I love them all.....problem is I can’t afford to buy them all so can anyone help me narrow it down?
Want to buy it all!

I had a huge cart that I needed to narrow down (even though I didn't want to).... I go through a 2 step process.... the first is if it isn't something I know I have photos for than I will remove from cart (unless I know there is something coming up very soon that I will be taking photos of).... that usually doesn't narrow down my list a lot (the 1 good thing about being so far behind in my scrapping I guess), so the next step I take is to search the store for similar themed kits..... As much as I may love what I've put in my cart, there may be something similar in theme/color/mood in the store that I love just as much that I can pick up at another time so I can remove the one in my cart. Hope this helps you some in your decision making 
Those awesome kits seem to fall into two categories: specific themes ("All About Me," Food, and travel) and General Life. Personally, I only pick up themed kits if I have specific photos/already-occured events in mind; otherwise themed don't get used because I can't make the colors work for future events.
You said you don't have photos in mind, but maybe I can help: Do you have any travel photos or stories (for a photo-less page) for the "Our Trip" kit? If so, then that would be one to pick up if you don't already have a travel kit.
Celebrate You would fall into AAM category, but I bet you could use it for celebrating graduation AND getting into your new online program--then when you graduate from that, you could use that kit again. Plus it works with the Kitchen kit: you could scrap about a recipe you made that you loved or a special treat you made your mom. (Sometimes we should celebrate the everyday, ya know? Heck, I haven't left the house in 3 weeks...I might start celebrating the fact I took a shower every day lol.)
This Life 2019, Looking Back, and Done Adulting could all be mixed-and matched, if that's important to you. It is for me because versatile kits means my pages look different even if I mix the same 2 or 3 kits on like 5 pages. Love that versatility!
Anyway, those are my thoughts. I think you could randomly grab any of those and have a great time scrapping, so I see why it's hard to narrow it down!

I have a folder with all of the photos I plan to scrap in the next few months. So before I shop, I start by looking through that to see what types of photos I'll be working with. If I have lots of travel photos but only 1 school photo, that steers me to what types of kits I'll use most. Looking through my photos also helps me decide which color schemes I'll actually use; no point buying a pink and purple winter kit if my snow photos are full of reds and blues. Next I think about what kits I already have and which themes are common enough that I'll have plenty of other choices later. So for example, you'll have no trouble getting other travel kits in future sales, but Done Adulting is pretty unique. (Of course, if you have enough travel photos to scrap in the near future it's worth buying the travel kit now.) Last I look through the kits I'm still considering to see how much overlap there is. For example, maybe 2 have similar color schemes or themes so I only get 1 of the 2. Good luck narrowing it down, and have fun scrapping with whatever you decide on!

I just had to do this on my own account and it was SO hard!!!!
What kind of photos are you planning on scrapping? Which one(s) will you be able to get the max usage from?

I am zero help...I buy them all and take photos to make the kits work...LOL between the GGG sale and the sweet rewards I am going to be unzipping folders for days...LOL
Looking at your beautiful gallery I would say the You kit or Looking Back would be good choices for how you scrap. <3
