Vetaran's day is coming up...

...and that's Aidan's birthday, lol. when i was pregnant with him and overdue (my due date was the 7th) my mom said "i hope he's not born on veteran's day, the day grandpa died also" and what do you know, he was, lol. so it's kinda wierd, that he died on the anniversary of my grandpa's death ( i believe it was in 06 or 07; i forget) and its veterans day, but oh well. his party is this Saturday however. decided to have it early and get it out of the way. we just had Emma's on 10/25 and i won't have to have another party til Chloe's birthday. her's falls on 12/27 (poor kid, lol) this time of year wears me out with the kids' bdays so close together and the holidays lol.

I am having a birthday party on Saturday, too, Corey.

Jeff's son turns 6 on the 14th, but we won't have him that weekend, so we are doing the family party this weekend. Jeff's parents are local, but my parents and sister and her fiance and Jeff's brother's family are all driving 2 hours to come... so I will be a whirling dervish tonight & tomorrow morning to make sure everything is picked up and presentable!!

Rae's birthday is tomorrow, we're not doing much for that, but I think I'll do a lil party for her preschool friends on wednesday!

I just ordered him a dinosaur themed cake. He seems to really like them right now. i don't go all fancy with invites and stuff; its just immediate family that comes. i just call them, lol. When Chloe starts to want to have parties and invite her school friends, then i'll get crafty and do the hybrid invites, lol.
