Vent: Waiting really sucks lol!

Ughh...Im pregnant with baby #4 and Im 6 days over due!!!booooolol!

I keep going into what Im sure is labor only to have it stop after a few hours!!!

Ive always been induced with my others after 10 days so when I got my original dd of Oct 23 my doc ordered an early u/s to get a more accurate date.

Oct 31 is what that u/s said but I still went pass that date!

If we went by my original date Id be 14 days over now!!!!!!:p
 
EEk! Sorry babe!

I'm pretty sure I was like 2 weeks late. My mom had to go to a holiday party all super preggo and said "eff this" and had a sip of champagne. That got me to come out! Lol!

I to this day, am not a fan of champagne :p
 
Gah! I feel your pain. Two of mine were late, with my 3rd, everyone thought I'd go early, because I went early with my second. Nope. I went 10 days overdue. Totally irritating!

I'm lavishing many "hurry and get out" vibes your way LOL
 
Oh Tara...I hope baby comes soon! I was 11 days over with my first...it's agony sometimes. I can't wait to see pics!:)
 
I though for sure last night was it...it felt like early labor for hours so i thought Ill just get some sleep and when it progresses, it will wake me up right?

pfffff! I woke up this morning, with no contractions!!
 
never had to play the waiting game....my 2 boys tried to make early appearances (one was 6 weeks early and the next one tried to come in the middle of a blizzard at 7 months!!!) and my dd was 2 days ahead of her due date.

must be frustrating playing the waiting game.... hopefully it's soon!!!!

My favorite part was the phone ringing every 5 minutes with "did you have the baby yet?".

Yes, I did, I just forgot to mention it. He's 4 now.

Idiots.

Tell me about it!! geesh! I actually started calling my dad a million times a day and saying "guess what...I didnt have the baby yet!" I think he got the point of hwo annoying it is lol!! like Id have the baby and forget to let anyone know.

I know people are excited. I think I can relate, Ive been waiting almost 10 freakin months!!
 
I can sympathize, although my fourth was the only one who was nice to me and decided to not make me wait. lol The first was 2-4 days day late (depending which due date I went by), the second was induced at 10 days late, the third was 5 days late ... and the fourth came 10 days early!!
 
Awww, I can totally sympathize with you. All three of my boys were late. 2 had to be induced. I guess it was just too comfy in there for them.

I know these last days are agonizing, but the reward for waiting is totally worth it. Soon you'll be holding that little one in your arms and then you will wish that time would slow down.
 
I went over with my first two and my last was 6 weeks early. Hope you have the baby soon and it is a fast and easy delivery!!
 
Argh, I feel your pain! All 3 of mine were late, my youngest being over 3 weeks late!! My bff made me walk the mall for hours, took me on the bumpiest car ride ever and nothing worked...she just wanted to stay where she was, lol!! I'm sending really STRONG labor vibes your way!!
 
I was lucky and never even made it to my due dates with any of my kids...they were all around 3-5 days before (except my twins)....When those contractions start just start walking and hopefully they won't stop!!! I did that with my twins after 2 false alarms. My doc wanted me to get to 36 weeks and then I was allowed to do whatever I wanted so we went to the mall, grocery, etc until the labor started finally 3 days later. It started at around 11:30 so I walked and walked, got the kids up and ready for school and off to the hospital we went. They were born like 4 hours later!!!! Keep your chin up...sending the labor vibes as we speak!!

LOL I'm so sorry, Chey was 6 days late too. I finally got induced after I didn't pass my stress test but labored for 23 hours. I gave up at ~11pm and got cut open once again to let her out. Next baby was a scheduled C-section. :) Sending positive vibes your way!!! zzzzt zzzzzt
