Uploading Simply Sweet layout?

We can upload our layout we did for Simply Sweet to our galleries right?

And just put "as seen in blah, blah...and link it up (of course)"

I know for the staff, we generally wait for the issue to be out for a couple of months before releasing to the general galleries.

Oh no....I would never go against the rules and I would never want my layout pulled. I just didn't know for sure.
