Alright, so I FINALLY got to reading Eclipse... so maybe it gets addressed later or something but I GOTTA ask...

Does Bella have amenorrhea or what? She's 17+ in the books, surely she's had her first period by now. Would Edward have to liiiiike wear some sort of Hazmat helmet? Cuz I'm preeeetty sure Bella would go into convulsions if she had to be away from him for 3-7 days, no?

Anyone else wonder?

I can't even believe I'm saying this, but maybe tampons do the trick to keep that under control, lol .... the thought had crossed my mind before too ;)
 
Hmmmm, good point. It never gets addressed to that aspect. AF is only referred to once in Breaking Dawn (don't wanna ruin anything for you.)
 
I never really thought about it. I kinda figured that the tampons would take care of it I guess.

I'm just trying to figure out how she can cut her finger and they all go ape (well, have to cover their noses and such) but she can menstruate and they're fine. It's just a general question. *shrug* :D
 
lmao...umm, guess I never thought of it. Maybe it smells differently cause its not like normal blood. :confused:

At the risk of y'all throwing things at me...this is just one of many things that drove me to throw Eclipse across the room in total disgust :cursing:...never to pick it up again :p
 
To be honest, that is one question that never crossed my mind. Probably because I don't really care about that stuff.

LOL I knew where you were coming from. I just didn't think about that certain aspect when I read the books. I thought of other stuff, but I probably shouldn't say since I'm supposed to be a nice Mormon girl! LOL
 
Maybe I dreamt it, but I could have sworn that Bella asked Edward about that in a round-about way in one of the earlier books and he gave her an answer but I can't recall exactly what it was. (So maybe I did dream it). Hmmm....now I'm gonna have to go a-huntin'.
