are you crazies like wetting yourselves over this?!?!? i kind of am and haven't read these books at all...but i will soon! i wanna play along too!

i mean...edward is played by robert pattison (the guy from hp-order of the phoenix who played cedric?!?!) come on, that's exciting!
 
I just finished the 1st one last night! SO GOOD! I am NOT a reader and I read it in about 5 days. I could not put it down. :thumbup:
 
I just finished the 3rd book! I loved it. I can't wait to start the 4th. I am excited for the movie in Dec. but movies are never as good as the book.
 
I'm excited, but I know I'm going to be let down.

i agree, that sometimes movies are usually never as good as the books, but i'm still SO EXCITED over this movie. I don't care if i have to go alone, i'm going!!!! I don't know anyone (besides my mom) who is reading them. Maybe I'll get her to go with me.

Rober is definitely growing on me. Wish I could be Bella, lucky little snot, lol.
 
I feel like a traitor saying this, but I am not looking forward to the movie and probably won't see it until after everyone else has. I know it won't be as good as the book--which I can accept, but I actually don't like that Edward at ALL! I don't want it to ruin my vision of the Edward in my head. *sigh*
 
I have been so so so excited to see this movie that I just realized a couple of days ago that it comes out the day after my due date!! I don't think I'll be seeing it at all in the theater!! LOL!!
 
I'm excited for the movie too!! Rob Pattinson is the Edward I envision in my mind, probably cause I saw the movie trailer first & that's what finally got me interested in reading the books!

Well, Rob was cast as Edward before I started reading the series... so he's always been my Edward, I guess... so it'll come in handy for me to "accept" the movie easier.
 
There are quite a few actors I have seen before. The red headed nomad was in "What About Brian", then James was on the OC (he killed Misha Barton) and Dr. Cullen is married to Jennie Garth (Kelly Taylor - 90210) an Rosalie is played by Niki Reed who was in that movie Thirteen...

There are a ton of videos on YouTube as well.
