Tut for Blending?

I just saw ADSR #4, and I have no idea how to blend. I've always wanted to learn, though. Is there a tutorial out there? Is it simple? I'm a bit scared, but I guess that's part of it being a challenge.

I used this one that my partner had given me a while back and it was so easy. I'm not sure what program you use, but maybe this will help you.

yep, I used Jessica's tutorial and here is the LO I did

I only used one sheet of paper and blended the photo in it and then put my journaling on it....
