How torn were you in that episode!!?!? I was like awwwwwwwww poor Grandma and then SCORE!!!!! Sookie + Bill = :wub:

Oh and who do you think the killer is? I was thinking Sam but that seems so obvious...like they're setting up a bait and switch...
 
I don't think it's Sam. I think it is probably someone we see fairly often on the show, but isn't a main character. I have a few guesses though!! Has anyone read the books?? Are they worth the read??
 
it was so sad what happened to her grandma! but yah, at the end when Sookie put on that beautiful white gown and ran to Bill, awwww :wub: YAH! Finally!!
 
I'm betting the Sookie Stackhouse books are worth the read- I'm still finishing Eclipse, so it'll be awhile, but they're on my reading list. :) I'm trying to get DH to watch too (you'd think once he finds how much sex is in the show he will! Ha ha!) I really like Bill - how can you not root for him?- but I don't like Sookie's fake accent... guess I'll just deal!
 
I'm currently reading the books (keeping the show on DVR until I finish them) - and for a not-serious read they are pretty good. After the second book though, I decided that the majority of it was fluff and the real scenes happened at a particular sequence - is the show the same?


(am currently on the 8th book)
 
I know I was like what, grandma:o My dd and I have guesses about who it is but nothing concrete, I think SAM is to obvious.:confused:
Go Bill & Sookie lots of soft porn but I like it :w00t: the overall episodes :)
 
It's NOT Sam. I could tell you who it is but that would ruin a lot for y'all. I've read all the books. LOL
 
I was so sad that they killed of Grandma so quickly-but this episode was fantastic. Scott and I tried to guess who the killer was for about an hour last night and we said the same thing- Sam is tooo obvious.
I really love this show.
 
Yeah like I said, Sam is too obvious, but what was up with that scene where he goes and rolls in that dead girl's bed? what a weirdo!

that wierded me out. before that i thought he was a cutie but now i think he's quite odd. And, besides, i love Bill. I'd pick the vampire!

Scott and I have our thoughts on this...Scott thinks that he is a werewolf. Or a dog-man.
Something along those lines and he was attempting to get the "scent" of the killer.
but-
I agree he is a freak in my book...I liked how they were developing his character and then they did that roll in the bed scene and I was like-ewww no wonder you don't have a girl-you are super freaky.
 
oh and what about him and tara getting in a relationship? she knows he's obsessed with Sookie...that's strange too! I know she's got major issues but dang!

I know right-FREAKY-I'm not sure where they are taking Sam-but I'm so interested in this show-I should probably go out and grab the books-but then I'm afraid it will ruin the show.

A few things that Scott is basing his whole werewolf-dogman theory off of...
The dog always at the bar...then it shows up at odd times when Sam has already left-but didn't want too...Like when they were draining Bill in the first episode-he says he is going outside to check on something and we never see him-but we do see the dog.
And how he was barking in his sleep-possibly the most obvious.
How the dog came to stand by Bill in last nights episode....and others, but these are the few that Scott mentioned last night...

My favorite character is Lafayette...he is so stinking FUNNY!

Dammit I'm gonna have to go watch all the episodes again! I never pay much attention to the dog LMAO
 
The bed has a storyline.. Sam's not a freak. LOL

Tara is a SMALL character in the book.. I'm not sure why she has such a large role in the show.
 
DON'T GET THE BOOKS, SHANNON. Seriously, don't. I can't even watch the shows because I'm sitting there knowing what's going to happen and it makes Jeff mad. So he watches them alone. LOL

Ohhh good one-I will share this with Scott when he wakes up...He wasn't very happy with the LAST shape shifter unveiling-ala Twilight-maybe he would be more open in this situation...LOL
 
I too was sad about Grandma but THRILLED about Sookie and Bill!! I have been waiting for them to do that since the beginning!

I too think Sam is a shapeshifter. Animagus like Sirius Black in Harry Potter.

And who couldn't just LOVE Lafayette!! He is the best! LOL!

Next Sunday can't come fast enough!
 
I thought it was really sweet how Tara and Lafayette cleaned up after the wake and also Bill FREAKING cause he thought Sookie was in trouble :)
 
LOL I was cracking up at how fast he got up those stairs! Im another lafayette lover! For a while I was hoping Tara would hook up with Ryan cause she loved him so much but hes really losing a lot of my respect. I got so mad when he smacked sookie!
