trouble uploading to the gallery?

Is anyone having trouble uploading to the gallery today? I keep getting this error message:

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /gallery/bulkupload.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.​

Try loading without the credits on the first page, then put the credits in on the 2nd page.

I got that a couple times. I shortened my description on the first screen. Seemed to help.
