What kind of workouts are you doing?

I'm going to start attending WW meetings this week, you've inspired me. Just wondering what your workout routine is.
 
I don't.



No seriously, I loathe working out and rarely do it. I just stick to my points, try not to go into the 35 extra a week and walk with Heidi (scrappurple) or my dad when I can. I also do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred every now and then.

I'm trying to get bikini ready which means I have 1324657898967562 crunches to do and I need to start doing more cardio...I like ellipticals but I want to get some Nike+ runners and start running.
 
can you do 231238928 crunches for me too? I need to step it up and start doing something. I don't really have weight to lose right now, but I still have a baby pooch that I'm afraid will be permanent if I don't do something now.

and i'm so glad to hear you don't work out much. it's impossible for me to make time right now--well, I could do videos at home I guess, but I'd have to stop every 10 or so minutes for one of my 3 little needy children. and i don't like to spend bed time or nap time working out.
 
That's good to know Traci.

I've lost weight with WW online before, but usually stop in the first couple weeks.
