Tofu recipes?

I've never cooked tofu before but picked some up to try. What are your favorite recipes that use tofu?

I don't have one but I probably need one for D.

One of his favorite things to order is a coconut curry with tofu (back when we still had a Pei Wei nearby, he would get it weekly). He just had panang curry with fried tofu last night from the local Thai place.

There are some that I like. One of them is fried tofu, you just cut the firm tofu in bite size roll in corn starch with a pinch of salt, then fry. I sometimes eat this for snacks.

Oh yes! do the marinade thing with the tofu. It makes a world of difference.
I made this one and my family loved it, and I have a hard time getting them to eat vegetarian anything usually. I don't think a couple of them realized it was tofu
