Mine did this to me today. First time though. I don't mind waiting, I just thought I did something wrong. I always assume I screwed up and it's my fault they have to fix it. But, Robin was super helpful and I got my Threebie, and it was another good one. I can't wait until tomorrow.

Bummed that I missed 6 though as I had planned on getting all of them this week.
