My husband and I went and picked out and paid for our son's headstone October 28th. We waited to get the proof for months. Once the proof finally came we made the appt to go look at it. We approved it on February 14th. The bronze part is done and in office. However the special order granite which they have had five flippin months to get is still on order. WTH? It has been five months yesterday actually. What kind of company takes your money and then just keeps you hanging on the line like this? Like I said before though it is my aunt so it is slightly awkward since she got us a huge discount on both this and the services. But still they have had the money for five months and had five months to get the granite. I would think the granite would have been done long before the bronze since we had to approve the proof of the bronze before they could start it.

well I just sent her a message and asked her about it because honestly it doesnt make sense to me that the bronze which had to be approved before it could be actually done is already done. The granite they have had five months to order and obtain and they dont have it. Should be done already

there is a temporary one there now with just his name. I want the one we ordered though because it has pictures of him on it so when we are visiting with him we can see him how he was and not think about how he looked the last time we saw him at the funeral home.
