Okay, so as long as David Cook doesn't get voted off Idol this week... he's doing a hometown visit on Friday. He's from Blue Springs, MO.. which is like 20 mins from me tops. Great, right? Yeah. Except for the whole freaking fact that I have to LEAVE on Friday for Branson for the trip I got from work. Sigh. :blink:
 
Aww, booooo....down with work trips! LOL! "OOPS, I missed my plane and ended up in the TOTALLY wrong town, I'm sorry, I don't know what happened!"
 
LOL I would so do that.. except.. we're driving.. and it's a mini vacation thing... I won the trip... and my parents and the kids are going.. and I'm really looking forward to it... except for the whole missing the David Cook parade and free concert part. Sigh.
 
Jason :wub: is from my neck of the woods...I'm sure I hear my DD begging to go see him (if he makes it)...she's 12, so totally not weird that SHE wants to go...not her old, uncool mom...I mean...what 36 yr old woman would want to see Jason??
 
When Davey flies up to get me for our romantic weekend, I'll tell him you said hello and give him an extra kiss on your behalf. Will that do? :p
 
Hey! That does NOT suck! I live about 30 mins from Branson (just outside of Springfield!). :thumbup:
 
Apparantly I'm the only one here that doesn't watch American Idol,lol. But for what it's worth Sara, the timing of the trip and that guy's appearance just sucks for ya.
