The sickies

Well, ds has been in school 3 weeks now and he has brought me a case of the sickies.... :thumbdown:

He has a little cough and a little sniffle. I, on the other hand, have a full blown crappy cold. I :cursing: HATE :cursing: being sick.

I don't even have kids I can blame the cold on. I was sick 2 weeks ago, Jordan is sick this week. $20 says he gives it back to me.

Yep....we started school today so I am just wondering how long it will be before they bring something nasty home.

Yup, 5 days into school and Mason has a head cold...gave it to Natalie (she's worse than he is right now) and I think DH and I are coming down with it as well. Ugh!

Awww dang Kat, I'm sorry! That sucks. This is the 1st year since Riley started school (she's in 3rd grade) that she hasn't come down with something within the 1st 2 weeks of school starting. She had her tonsils and adenoids taken out last Oct and she's doing so great now!!! :thumbup: Let's keep our fingers crossed that I didn't just jinx it. lol

Sorry Kat, hope you feel better soon! We just went through the sickies, Mckenna just got over her cold the day school started. We all have asthma, colds are just miserable.

I have one too. Combination cold/allergies. but it wasn't Chloe that brought it home from kindergarten. it was Aidan that had it first, and still has it. now i have it. runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, watery eyes. so far no one else has it yet.

One of the lovely effects of them being in school! Hope you guys get over it soon, I know how hard it is being sick letting alone taking care of a little sickling in the meantime! Hugs!

Man, it's not even winter yet and a lot of people are getting sick with the sniffles, what's up with that? I know the winter season is usually the worst for me and my family especially since I have 2 little boys who love touching everything!

Ugh I hate that! The kids bring their cooties home with them, they are fine, and we get wiped out.
