The Muppets

I can't wait to see this. I've always been a big fan of the Muppets. Their version of A Christmas Carol is still my favorite.

I am with Sheri on this one though my husband LOVED it I was more like eh its ok whatever but I did love the song " I am a very manly muppet" LOL That for me was the best part of the entire movie. Oh, and I do love Jason Segel!

I loved it in the theater, watched it again here at the Embassy for a showing (kids night), and will buy for a birthday present later. I grew up with the muppets and my boys have watched the first 3 seasons on DVD with me. They may not get some of the references, but they still get the slapstick humor!

To me this Muppet movie was quite different from the others. I was surprised at how much singing there was.

We actually went and bought it on Tuesday (at my urging, LOL). The girls are super excited to watch it again, as they already are professing a love for it. My youngest is especially enamored with Miss Piggy, while my oldest likes Camilla the Chicken :huh:

J just got it for his 9th birthday yesterday, and we will be watching it tonight for movie night! We all enjoyed it the first time around. (Much less risque than the original MS if you ask me. I was hoping for MORE adult humor. I watch the old ones now and laugh out loud at all of the adult humor.)
