LOL, we're attempting this again. THIS time, though...we got him a crate. And a muzzle. We're not going to use the muzzle though unless we hear from the girl next door that he barked all day again. And we have neighbors coming to let him out a couple times because this dog has so much energy that it just wouldn't be fair to leave him caged up for 8 hours, lol.

Right now, though, he's playing wtih a tennis ball that is still in the bag, rolling it down the stairs himself, then getting it, rolling it down again...haha. At least he keeps himself entertained.

Good luck!!!!!! Have you thought about using a bark collar(in case he barks)? We have one for our dog and it really works well. They are usually pretty quick to catch on that they shouldn't bark with it. I've only used it on our dog a few times over the past few years. And literally when I take it out and show it to him he stops barking and I don't even need to put it on him.
