THANK YOU ALL!! **UPDATED in post #16**

I'm in tears just reading all your posts and my family and I really appreciate it. I finally called my parents this morning (I've never heard my mom cry like that before in all my 34 years) and although some questions have been answered there are still so many that are not. My mom did tell me that the doctors assured her that his death was instantaneous and that he didn't suffer at all.

I've talked to my DH several times today and he did tell his regional manager what had happen but didn't really receive any type of answers (I don't even know if my DH said I want/need to go home) I think that there was so much shock on both parts. But he did tell me that he is going to talk with him again around lunch time (EST) since I had more information about when the body is gonna be released and such. So please if you all could just spare some good thought around this time I would greatly appreciate it.....I'm just lost without my DH here and I can feel myself sinking fast!!!

I just want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all the prayers and positive thoughts you have given so far....it just means the world to me!!!

oh, honey. I am so sorry about all of this. I can't even imagine what you're going through. I'm going to pray that your DH comes home asap so that he can support you through the next week and beyond. Take is easy and try and get some rest when you can.

Elizabeth, I cannot begin to imagine what you are going through! Many continued hugs and prayers! I truly hope that your DH is able to come home to be with you!

I too hope your dh is able to get home quickly and give you the support that you need right now. Sending good thoughts and prayers your way!
 
I sincerely hope that he gets to come home to you love so that you have him with ya there. Big hugs and lots of prayers still oming from this way!
 
Well it's not as soon as I'd like but it's better then nothing. My DH is on a flight out of Fort Lauderdale at 9AM tomorrow and I'll pick him up at an airport about an hour and 40 minutes from us. It's half way between our house and my parents house so we'll then just drive on over there.

I spoke with my sister this evening and the calling hours (just a viewing of the body) are set for Thursday and then the burial will be Friday. Thanks once again for all the thoughts and prayers it really does mean so much!!! (((HUGS)))
