It's late here but I can't sleep. I just had to take a moment to thank everyone that has had my family and I in your thoughts and prayers. I am so thankful to have the support of my family and friends right now. I feel so lucky to be a part of this community with such caring people. A special thank you to Shawna Clingerman and my fellow CT members for the beautiful flowers. They are so lovely, I'm going to have Lena help me photograph them for Sebastian's book.

As Lena said, I went in for the nuchal translucency scan last week and everything looked great but my little guy wouldn't cooperate for the test so I went back in again Tuesday afternoon to try again. I would have never imagined we were going to get such devastating news .

My sweet Sebastian Judah was born sleeping at 2 am Wednesday morning. He was 5 inches long and weighed 2 oz. He was absolutely perfect. We brought him home and had a small service for our family and buried him next to his stillborn sister, Katriel. I know I'll never understand why this happened. I'm just praying for peace and healing.
