"temporarily assigned to status queued"

I just got this error message when trying to download my recent purchases

"Your order has been temporarily assigned the status Queued. It will be processed as soon as we receive the payment transaction result from the payment gateway."

it was taken out of my paypal already. how long should i expect it to take?

Check your email. I often get the download links there pretty quickly. Like in minutes.

I did but nothing is there. not even my order confirmation email

Robin will either catch that and fix it for you or you can send her an e-mail to let her know about it.

It happens when PayPal has a hiccup sending your info back to the shop. Annoying, but a super easy fix.
