Tell me to get over it!

I've suddenly decided that I NEED to print an album. So, I'm sitting here adjusting pages for margins for my book.... and I'm opening pages I did about a year ago and thinking, EEEEEWWWWW! The perfectionist in me wants to go back and redo these, but I know I DO NOT have the time. There are even pages from just 6 months ago that I'm not liking anymore. Do any of you look back on pages you were REALLY PROUD of at the time and then realize they really weren't that good? :glare: Am I going to be constantly looking at my book and thinking how I hate this page, the shadows on that page, the composition on the next, etc.?
 
First, I know your stuff, and it's all good, so yeah... hush and print it girl! :)

But I (nowhere near as scraptastic) do that often but also don't have time to rescrap. Just consider it growth... :)
 
Oh, and yes, I totally do the same thing. But, then some of my current ones I don't love! lol, Oh well. Like Stephanie said, it's growth! :)
 
So I feel the same way about a LOT of mine, BUT you know what? My kiddo LOVES them! He doesn't care one bit about how I designed the pages, but he loves his Diego birthday cake and the pictures about his grandparents and the pictures of him riding his first little car, etc. So print them and don't worry about how you feel about them.

So true! My 5yo loves to look at all the pages, even the old icky ones. She doesn't care and that's really why I do this.

And if you look at the ugly pages as documentation of how you've grown as a scrapper, then it's kind of neat to see the evolution.
 
definitely just print them! I agree that your DD (and any future family) won't care and you'll be able to look back and see how far you've come. I love looking at my friend's old Creative Memories pages and seeing how much SBing has changed!
