Finally!! I went to Target this morning for the first time since April 2006. It was so wonderful!!

I'll bet it was! I know when we lived overseas, and my dad would have to come back to the states on business my mom and I would send lists of things to bring back!

I have never been to a Target. I was actually considering it when we were in California...to go to some of the stores that we don't have up here...but I never had a chance between running to all the parks, lol!

while i am glad i was finally able to see what target was all about this summer.. i can say that its alot like canada's zellers (especially the new zellers stores)
i'm not sure if the one i went to was a smaller one, i was kinda dissapointed by it.. seemed so small!

Its so nice.
I didn't buy much today. Got Cooper a couple outfits and some booties, a new booster seat & carebear for Keira. DH had to work, so we didn't spend a lot of time there. Next week I'm planning like 3 hours there. LOL!

TARGET (which I always love pronouncing it as "tar-jay") is the coolest place to shop. "Say Hello. Good Buy. Expect more. Pay Less." <---- As you can see, I love their advertising tactics and commercial slogans, oh, and they have some pretty cool music in their commercial campaigns! LOL! I love their Dollar Spot where most things are only $1... and some Targets also have a Starbucks and Pizza Hut available inside. So very cool. Love it.

I miss living down the street from Target. We live downtown so the closest Target is about 30 minutes away from us. Whenever we get out to the 'burbs to visit family we make sure to stop and get our dose of Target. That reminds me, I need to make a trip to pick up some diapers. I LOVE Target diapers! We use Huggies at night and Target diapers during the day. Saves us so much money!!!!

Enjoy!!!! I grew up in Minnesota near the first Target store, and I think we went to Target more often than the grocery store LOL! of course, now I live a couple hours from the nearest Target and only get there a few times a year
