Tape Question

So I'm getting ready to start embossing my vellum paper for my wedding invitations and am wondering what that tape is called that you use to keep it in place but it won't tear it up when you try to remove it when you're done. The one I've seen has been a blue color.

Would that be like painter's tape? LIke you use to mask off windows and stuff when you're painting? And it peels right off without tearing or leaving a sticky mess behind.

You can also look for masking tape. It's not usually blue, it's tan but it does the same type of thing.
