Hi Chelle!

We have some spam filters in place, so you aren't able to start new posts until you have 10 posts. However, I just changed your forum permissions. You *may* be able to start one now. But if you can't, you should now be able to leave some comments in the gallery. That's a quick way to bump up your post count so that all of those restrictions go away.

hey everyone, I'm just getting back to scrapbooking again after taking a long break after having my daughter. And I totally forgot (and I can't seem to find it) what is the size of the photo when we upload the photo gallery? Mine seems to be big. I didn't know where to go to ask a question so I figured this would be this best place to go lol. Thank you all and have a blessed day or night!

It's 700x700px here :) It should be less than 250kb for the file size.

Hi Libby, new forum member here - I've posted 2 layouts in the gallery and made a couple of posts in the forums - but I'm not able to comment on any of the layouts in the gallery. Are you able to fix that for me? :)

Once you exceed 10 posts here in the forum, you should be able to comment on layouts in the gallery. :)

I cant seem to find an answer or hear back from my contact forms ive sent in... if youve already received the fwp kit for the month from the guest designer....is there a substitute, or is it customary to just delete it from the cart?

Not an administrative member, but there is no substitute after 15 days when there's a new Featured Designer. Simply, just delete it from your cart or keep purchasing it, it's not like it affects your payment anyway.

This is how I did it. If you delete the spaces after and before the brackets, your page will show up.

Hi wisdomes, yes there is. On the upper right of your photo there is a 'photo option' drop down menu there where you will find the 'edit photo' option. Just be careful with special characters like apostrophe, ampersand etc., because they will not show up on the description. Hope this helps :)

I'm a newbie to the forum. There are speech bubbles at the beginning of the thread. Supposedly, if the speech bubble is pink and there is a heart in it, you have left a message in the thread. I don't see that happening for me. Is there a setting I need to change somewhere?
 
Is it possible to change my username? At the time I register I couldn’t come up with one.

how can i change my profil picture in the gallery?
i have changed my avatare and my profil picture, but in the gallery it shows my old one?
is there another place to change this?
 
I see your same picture in both places. I had this problem in the past and I believe if you clear your web browser's history, you'll be able to see it in the gallery.
 
I don't know if anyone even monitors this thread, but just in case - I'm wondering about the "Notify me" feature in the shoppe. I have signed up for it for numerous kits over the course of a few years, and yet I don't believe I have ever received a single notification of a lowered/sale price. Does this feature really do anything, and if so, what might I be doing wrong?
