Sweet Rewards/QT cart problem LOL

So I want to snag me some QTs before they jet...but I have my cart loaded for Sweet Rewards. I don't want to take everything out, but I really want to get the QTs.

Any suggestions short of creating a new account just to get my QTs? LOL
