Summer 2025 Scrap Goals

Are you working on a specific scrap project this summer?

I have a really long list, but would like to finish DD1's School Album. We have one more event (Grad Party) and then I can complete book 2 and get it printed.

You are so current to me. I'm impressed!

I have been scrapping about a year behind since 2019 while going back and trying to finish prior years and print books. I did 2018 and now would like to finish 2017. Not sure I'll get it done over the summer, but it would be nice.

I'm all over the place, so no actual goal, except to keep creating. :) I do keep trying to make pages for some random vacations/weekend, but I let the kits take me where they do.

My summer goals are usually pretty lax. With kids home, we try to do fun stuff together, so that ends up eating a lot of my scrapping time on my off work days! We also tend to have busy weekends- even it that means we're out at the lake with no internet for the weekend! ;) I have more organization goals rather than scrapping- I need to organize all my softball photos so that I can use them & more likely find them easier when I want to use them as my daughter starts her senior year next fall!

My goals are mostly related to doing things that are scrap-worthy. I am current on all my scrapping (barring the 12-15 pages I'm predicting I'll make from this weekend) but that's in no small part because I have very little else going on right now.

Maybe printing my October and December 2024 albums? Or turning the October one into a PDF so I can show Olivia.

My goals are
- staying up to date with Finn his albums
- finishing our Easter holiday travel album
- getting started on our Summer holiday travel album

My goal is just to scrap! The job I started in August is very time consuming and leaves me with no mental energy at the end of the day, so scrapping feels too hard. Co-workers tell me that summers are better, so I'm hoping to get back to some scrapping starting this week. I don't have a specific goal in mind, but even making 2-3 pages a week will make me happy. Between grad school and now work, I've hardly scrapped over the last few years.

Same!! Last summer work was so stressful for several reasons. I couldn't even do the Summer Scrap A Thon. I'm starting to have my doubts for this year's. I've done ONE Waiting Room challenge and started on ONE layout this month.

I took a few months off from scrapping. Once I finished my October Daily album, I was burned out. I got about 3 or 4 pages done in my Cape Cod vacation last October done before I quit.

So I need to finish the vacation layouts then do my December Daily. And, I returned my another vacation about 2 weeks ago so have that to scrap as well. Would be nice to have the 2 vacations done before I go on my next one the 21st of August but I doubt that happens!

My summer goals was to finish my 2023 America album, which was the first half of the year. I had about 12 layouts left, plus the cover and title page.

At the beginning of June, Joel and I had a five hour delay on our anniversary trip, so I ended scrapping like half the layouts in the airport. And, because he's kind of the best, he had scheduled downtime on our trip, so I finished the rest of the pages on the balcony of our hotel room overlooking the ocean. : )

I expected that project to take the entire summer, so I am delighted to be working on 2024...I'm on week 21 currently, so I still have a lot of work to do. But I'm using Misty's Words & Pictures templates, so it goes really fast. I've been trying to complete a week every day this summer while I still have the energy to scrapbook. Once I go back to school, I won't have anything left to give in the evenings.

Just staying on top of everything.

I just need to scrap our June trip to the Smoky Mountains and I'll be all caught up.

Cooper will be a Senior this year, but I've been really trying to stay caught up on his book too, so I just have a couple pages to do and he'll be current.
