stupid cooking question..

I have to make 2 breakfast casseroles for tomorrow morning. One of them I will just do in the morning because it's an egg-scramble thing. But the other one is an "in the oven to cook" casserole.

Can I mix it all together tonight (with beaten eggs), then refrigerate it overnight then pop it in the oven in the morning? Will raw egg keep like that?

I've made a dish before that had bread soaked in raw egg overnight and the only thing I couldn't put on it was the corn flakes because they would've gotten soggy and they were supposed to be crispy on the dish. So I guess so, but it depends on what the recipe is.

Absolutely. I do a french toast casserole that has to sit overnight in an egg custard. Always turns out great!!
