candy
a cool pen from the dollar section at Target (cause he's always stealing my very girly pen off my desk)
a keychain tape measure
canned air (he's a geek)
toothbrush (we all get toothbrushes)
hand sanitizer
3 pack of his fave gum
masculine manicure set (again cause he steals mine. LOL)
I love stockings... I'm trying to convince darcy that we shouldn't do christmas gifts for each other this year but do stockings. Last year I attempted the same thing and... ya.. he got me way too much stuff. that would not fit in a stocking. He's bad.
I do a bunch of little things and then I have to always do a chocolate orange (nasty!)
we are only doing stockings and I got a Marine's tshirt, the new Star Trek movie, a volt meter, a summer sausage meat stick, and a little candy for his stocking.
This year Jason is getting
- Small pocket knife
- Socks
- Chapstick (so he doesn't steal mine)
- Drill bits (bought a set and I'm going to wrap them individually and then give him the case after)
- Beef jerky
- New Razor (we have a teenage girl that always runs off with his)
- Car air freshener
- Stick lighter
- New long tongs for the grill
Nothing. And I hate that. I do stockings for our four grown kids and 2 kid-in-laws, and I would love to do one for him (and have one done for me, in return). But he made it clear more than 20 years ago that he doesn't care about the whole stocking thing and doesn't want me to do one (I think alot in part because then he would have to figure out what to put in my stocking.)
a batman game that came out recently, an itunes card, a chocolate orange and i'll be getting him a bag of his favorite candies from our local candy store
Wes loves those nasty chocolate orange things, too. I got him a chocolate orange, a Santa hat Hershey's kiss, a couple Reese trees, a Geek Wisdom book, a couple of IQ/Brain Teaser little books, lotto scratchers, fun socks, a Santa Sock Monkey to peek out of the top, and some computer cables/bits that he needs. I still need to pickup a fun toothbrush when I get groceries this week.
LOL My mom and I always swap those dark chocolate oranges. YUM!!!
I love stockings! So far DH has a $10 Amazon gift card, 5 pack of gum, lip balm, mini-tubes of Super Glue, carabiners, a few Stickygrams, nuts, a mini bottle of gin, and Redbox codes.
Not really doing the stocking thing this year, but our birthdays are so close to Christmas that I'm just giving him stocking-stuffer type items. He works right next to an open door, so he says his toes are always going numb in his steel-toed boots... I got him some hot hands/feet for work, his favorite kind of gum, and I'll probably get him the kind of K-Cups that we both love. I planned to get him a Steam gift card (games), but he said during the last Steam sale that he hasn't been gaming lately and didn't see any games he wanted... so that's out the window!
if there was a man who lived here...or even to put one together for it would have:
Some smelly good stuff
DVD/music
chapstick
Some sort of 'man' game/tools (one year I did mini-lincoln logs FUN)
Candy of course
Boxer shorts/or PJ pants
something 'hunting' or other hobby
a card
