sticker help?

How do you turn a digi element into a sticker? Is there an action you can purchase in the store or is it something you do on your own?

I just add a thick white border...

Edit--Stroke maybe in PSE?

Atomic Cupcake has great actions for stuff like that. But personally, I just add a white border around it and add my own shadowing.

This is the tutorial I used to learn...

Control and click on the layer to get the marching ants
Then select the following menu path: Select >> Modify >> Expand (I think I use 15 pt?)
Fill in the white color
Deselect the layer
shadow as you would like...
