Any other hockey fans here? As a Canadian it’s almost a requirement for me and we are pretty devout Edmonton Oilers fans (we live about 2 hours from there - closer to Calgary but hubby and I are both Oilers fans). We’ve been enjoying watching our team get this far. Several small and large heart attacks today and in this round in general…

Looking forward to the next game - but man is it ever cutting into my scrapping time! lol
 
This game was SSSOOOO Good! Hubby is an oilers fan so we are definitely rooting for them!
 
We've only watched the last 2 games and as Oilers fans we were very happy. Up until now, whenever dh watched the games, the Oilers lost, so he wasn't allowed to watch them, lol! But we figured it out, as long as he wears his Oilers jersey, he can watch the games. Looking forward to game 6.

Hahaha I had to move my hair appt on Tuesday because if I didn’t watch and they lost hubby would have thought it was my fault lol
 
I'm a huge Hockey Fan!! Boston Bruins die hard fan. I am rooting for the Oilers since Florida beat us in the second round!
 
Soooo disappointed tonight! But proud that they went from 31st to 2nd!!!

And now back to regular life and back to scrapping! It’s been a busy few weeks watching hockey every 2-3 nights, been hard to keep up lol
 
Agreed! I'm just glad that it went to a game 7- they definitely made it a series!
 
It was an exciting series and although I'm disappointed our Oiler's didn't win, I'm proud of what they achieved!
 
Yes, disappointing they couldn't bring home the Cup but they gave it their all and that's what counts.
