I meant since the typhoon. There may have been a thread that I missed. I was just wondering if everyone from SSD made it ok.

Oh, phew! Yes... everyone from SSD who lives there made it through the typhoon safely.

You had me worried for a minute. I had to race to my news feed to see what I'd missed. Ha. Yep, everyone survived the tyhpoon OK.

My husband's down there right now, and I had this panic moment. I talked to him last night, and he said it's really hot because there are no trees and none of the houses have roofs, so there isn't any shade. : ( The areas that were hit the hardest are still in pretty bad shape.

A bunch of work colleagues are in cebu and will be traveling to Tacloban this weekend. I know there are still spots with no electricity there
