Spring Break plans anyone?

We decided last minute to treat the whole family to a mini trip... weeee! The house has been a little crazy lately so we are going last minute to the Grand Canyon, then to Phoenix to see grandparents, and the beaches of San Diego on the way home! Anyone else have plans?
 
Nice....have fun!!

We will head up to the mountains on Friday and come home Sunday....the hubby and I work the rest of the week. My kids are off next week but they'll be at the daycare having some fun days there. They always have stuff planned for the kids.
 
Our spring break is over, and it was gloomy and overcast here the whole time, so it was kinda blah. Your trip sounds fun. Have a great time! :)
 
Cheyanne has break starting on the 18th and she's off until the 28th.

Our plans are work for me and softball practices for her -LOL. We never ever plan to go away during school breaks now due to sports. :D Which is fine. We are taking a day and going on a day trip with her and one of her BFFs for some outlet shopping. We will also be cleaning and packing to get ready for our move in June. We take our vacations in the summer now and are taking 10 days to go to the Cape and to Salem with a day in Boston for shopping.
 
This is our spring break week. We drove down to Indy yesterday- went to the art museum and to Dave & Buster's. Other than that it's been pretty low-key. I'm going into school today to work- yay. lol
 
My spring break (Aka escaping the desert to actually see spring) is at the end of the month when I run away to Utah to see my baby brother graduate from college.
 
We already had spring break but we made it a staycation.....museums, zoo, out to eat, visit Route 66........it was fun. We were able to see some "new to us" spots in our area and spend time with some extended family. It was really nice. :)
 
It's spring break for us this week and we stayed here. We just got back from Disneyland so we did things close by...zoo, parks, library, picnic and there's a local attraction (thanksgiving point) that had a dinosaur museum, farm country, huge gardens and a children's discovery garden. We visited that and are going back today to the dinosaur museum.

It's Holy Week over here next week, so hubs and I are thinking of doing a quick day trip out of town and take the puppy so she can run over grass instead of concrete (since we live in a condo) :D
 
Our spring break was several weeks ago...we took a 3 day trip to Palo Duro Canyon State Park in TX, then came back home and hit the zoo and science museum.
 
Our spring break was a few weeks ago. My husband had surgery the first day of spring break so that threw us off. We stayed home all week.
 
nothing... :) Homeschoolers, here, so spring break can be whenever, haha... but we are going to Charlotte NC for a long weekend in May. Hubby has a conference on Saturday and we are tagging along and then explore for a few days afterwards.

We're not doing anything. We homeschool so really we could take spring break whenever. we've been taking days off that coincide with DH's days off of work so our spring break has been "a day off here, a day off there, 2 days off here" etc
 
The only spring break we get is Good Friday and the Monday after Easter. I'm planning on spending it painting the bathroom. Good times! LOL
 
we had our spring break a few weeks ago, we went to banff for a few days! was so nice to get away for a few days :)
 
This coming week is spring break for us, but it will be very low key since DH is working. We have some playdates planned, will hit a few parks (since it's FINALLY warm and springy here), and may do some projects at home. This weekend DH is taking the older 2 to a minor league baseball game and DD and I will have a girls afternoon. Next weekend we may try to get to the zoo.
 
We have spring break this week. Sadly, spring break isn't my favorite... but it has a plus.

My DH and 2 boys head down to Florida to visit one of their grandmothers for the week. They left tonight.

DH and I each take a separate week of vacation with the boys since I don't get as many weeks as he does... so i get Christmas week, and he gets spring break. I cried when they drove away.... but I'm ok, and it's quiet... and I get to scrap! Got to look at the bright side.
 
We had spring break the last two weeks. One of them we spent in San Francisco! We had a blast. It was fun to run around the city in the day time and then come back and scrap in the hotel while my 7 year old was asleep!

Awe, hugs! I hope you find some fun things to do. They will be back before you know it, and then you will wonder why they couldn't be gone longer! Hehe
