sophisticated easy recipes?

I'm liking the sound of Crystal's recipe...but how long does white cooking wine last? If I still have some in the pantry it has been opened and is prob 5 years old...does it age well? I'm thinking you all are going to laugh at me and tell me it is vinegar by now...or whatever it turns to.

Just check the bottle Sharon and see what it says. I know nothing about cooking wine, but I buy a new bottle regularly just in case, lol
