..not scrapping related whatsoever but how often do very faint lines on a pregnancy test turn out to be negative? Lol..

Thanks ladies! Although I am really sorta regretting making jokes about falling into the 1% of people who get pregnant while on the depo shot. Ha.

false positives are very rare, so it sounds like you might just be getting a little bundle to take 22934872934789234 pictures of and scrap lots of layouts for in the winter :) Congrats

LOL I remember almost exactly 3 years ago, I was going through the same thing... got a positive that I was SURE had to be wrong cause I was on the pill. I googled to find out how common false positives are... let's just say they are VERY rare.

I was in denial for weeks after that initial test, but I'm now the thrilled mommy of a 2 year old. :)

So congrats!!!

I recently had a positive test. Three in fact. My second son was six months old. I was freaking out! We had been using contraceptives. Like everyone else I had heard of false negatives but, not false positives. So I went to the doctor for blood work and it was negative. I think I had an early miscarriage. I didn't say this to freak you out only to share my experience.. I wish you the best of luck!!

Aw, thanks ladies. I'm still not 100% convinced. I have to wait 2 weeks to be seen by a Dr for an "official" test. Looks like I'm running off to the supermarkets on Monday and grabbing a bunch to do at home...just to make sure!

LOL I did 3 at home plus a blood test at the dr before I was convinced. Even then, I didn't REALLY believe it til the ultrasound. I'm a little stubborn. LOL

Haha Libby! I think I'm going to be the same, really wasn't expecting it & it's even harder trying to work out that if I am, how far along as my monthlys stopped since I started the depo! GAH!

This happened to me last year too. :crying: Though I never had time to get the blood test done before I realized what happened. I do recommend getting blood work done just to be sure...but a line is a line!!! So sending lots of good luck and congrats!

Congratulations! I had faint lines here that were positive. I even had two tests at the doctor's office that said I WASN'T pregnant (but I knew I was) with my last baby and I was right. Apparently the doctor's tests weren't as accurate as over the counter and my own instincts lol. ;)
