Here's mine:

I was telling my husband the other day about these maple candies that I would get as a kid in my stocking for christmas. Soooooo yummy!!!! Well after eating at cracker barrel I found them again. They are from Vermont it says on the package and just like I remember from when I was a kid. It was such a funny thing that we were talking about it and I just happened to see something on the package while looking at candies that caught my eye and I picked it up and saw what it was. I was like YESS!! I couldn't find them anywhere else. So just a little thing but it made me happy :)

So what's yours?

that my teenager and her BF took 2 trips to the dump and half of my garage is clean and it only cost me roughy $30 :) they did the majority of the work, We just told them what they needed to take!

oh and to see the look on my 2 littest ones faces when they got to ride a pony for the 1st time yesterday and a horse farm for a birthday party!!!!!

awesome Angie!! Can she can come help me clean out some of my junk?? Ill even pay her LOL

And I loveeee horses. I want one sooooo bad!!! But we do not have enough property here. I know our neighbors would report it. There is a rescue place in the next town over and the lady rescues horses among other animals and takes ones the owners cant take care of. If we move where I am thinking we will I am going to try to volunteer there (I talked to her before about it and she said yea she could use the help) and that is what she said she would put me on is the horses so maybe Id get to ride once in awhile!!

I'm happy that my extended family's graduations are over for the year. We had 2 college graduations, and 1 high school graduation all in the last 3 weeks. Just attended the last one this afternoon and I'm so glad they are over. I hate graduations so much that I didn't attend either of my college graduations.

Mine........we just got back from seeing my 2 step-daughters (20yo and 18yo) that live near their mom almost 6 hours away. To have a couple of days to hang out with them and their boyfriends just made me happier than I thought it would. Truth be told.......I was not looking forward to traveling and didn't know if we would be running into drama or attitudes.......it was nice surprise when all went well and we had a great time.

My parents were here for the weekend. It was nice to see them, and DH and I got to go out to dinner by ourselves last night. :) Today was a good family day, too. We spent the morning with my parents, then after they left we took the kids hiking.

I'm happy that Cheyanne and I finished planting or vegetable garden today and also finished planting about 15 new plants in our perennial flower garden also. Love to watch things grow

The ice-cream truck came by today so as a special treat the boys got ice-cream. They were so excited. Derek wasn't quite sure what to think at first but once he realized it was a popsicle he was smiling from ear to ear! The boys sat down on the front porch and all shared their treats!! It was adorable!!!

aww these all make me smile!

Marie I just planted some roses about two months ago and they all died. It has been so dry. But my plumeria has leaaves back on it and I am crossing my fingers it blooms this year!! I do so love plumeria. I do not even know what color it blooms. I think I got one with pink/orange but am not sure. I am tempted to go to the guy who sells them and buy one of his that is already blooming because I waited all year last year and it had not blooms then in the winter it lost every leaf. I called him and he said thats normal. So I am just waiting and seeing.

I need a like button LOL. Kim I loveee spongebob popsicles.

They are cotton candy/fruit punch flavored and not quite ice cream but not quite popsicle-ish.

It makes me happy to hear that all you have had a happy moment or two!

my happy thing is that i've gotten some alone time this wknd (albeit a very small amount - i'll take it)!

snuggles with both my babies. we don't get to spend time alone very much through the week and to get to spend 3 whole days with them this weekend is just what we need.

Kim - hope you took pics! I have a layout in my gallery of just this thing - my 4 boys sitting on the front porch (at my parents' house) eating ice-cream truck treats. :)

It's been a good weekend here. My DH has been really sick for a week (he never gets sick), so once he started feeling better he was so happy. And that made me happy. And he was so happy he decided we needed to go to the Happiest Place on Earth next weekend. :)

My sister and I went for mani/pedis yesterday and then had dessert for dinner, white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. It was so rich and good and super filling, but I think it will last me until I hit my next weight loss goal. Oh and I brought a new pair of shoes. That always makes me happy. Finally, I hit my 20 points for May. :)

After checking my e=mail, I was just thinking how cool it was that I was getting love in the galleries today, and then I see this thread about what made me happy. So that's it! I love giving and getting love in the gallery...it's exciting and heart-warming.

My happiest moment this week came last night when I finally discovered we *ARE* eligible to adopt from Haiti! I'm so beside-myself-excited I could just burst.

OHHHHHH MYYY GOSH!!! That is AMAZING news!! I am so happy for you! Have you been trying to adopt for very long? Do you know who you could potentially be adopting? (like have you been there to meet any babies/children?)

OK Now no fair talking about white chocolate raspberry cheesecake unless you wanna share ;) LOL (it is my favorite cheesecake BTW) but I have some banana foster cheesecake bites in the fridge soo think I might go grab them.

Congratulations Joana! I am happy for you and the little one that will become a member of your family. :)

My son graduated from high school Friday night. I was really blessed by all the friends and family that came to his open house today! So fun to visit with them all!

We are just now getting started with the process. We have been trying to choose a country because I was under the (wrong!) impression that we hadn't been married long enough to adopt from Haiti. So now that we've chosen a country, we need to choose an agency (I have a list a mile long that I need to start calling come Tuesday!). Then we'll go from there. It'll likely be 1-3 years before that sweet (yet unknown to us) child joins our family.

Watching my little guys so excitedly Skype with my parents and getting an award on my second (ever) golf tournament. (Granted it was for nailing someone's grill with a golf ball, but hey, I'm not picky.)

Well... speaking of horses... the horses across the street are back. :) Well, different ones but horses none the less! :) Our old neighbors sold their house and the new ones fenced off the lot that sold with it. I had heard that they sold to some old farmer that liked to use empty lots to store farm equipment and I was sure hoping not. A few days later two beautiful horses turned up in the lot. They were there less than a month though. An article came out in the paper about how the neighbors were complaining about the horses and the city wasn't sure if the owners had the proper permits, etc. The horses were gone the same day. They are back and I sure hope that the legal issues are worked out so they can stay, the neighbors can just shut up. Those horses haven't caused any problems and my daughter LOVES seeing them there. :)

My boys actually let me take photos today. Of course, we were joined by rolie-polies, slugs, and ladybugs, but I will take them any way I can get them anymore.

Rachel finished kindergarten this week...so proud of my girl and how much she has learned this year. She's already read a dozen books since school ended on Wednesday...I have a feeling we'll be spending a lot of time at the library this summer!

After 16 months, we are finally a two vehicle family again! It's been a real pain the whole time, but especially since I went back to work outside the home this month. The commute was killing us.

It's something I will never take for granted again.

Being able to go to two different places at the same time is totally going to make this summer 10x better than last year's.

YAY!!! HOW HAPPY! That is way exciting, and I wish you the best as this journey gets started!

Jessica, what a great thread. I feel happy reading it.

I am super happy because my parents are here, which means that my big kids are not being neglected, dishes are being washed, clothes are getting washed, I'm getting naps and food is being prepared. Life is good. :)

Also feeling happy because we spent the morning at immigration and Ariana slept the whole time.

an extension granted for an assignment with no penalty - it was supposed to be handed in on Thursday though I have until Tuesday morning to finish it but after being sick for close to 3 weeks I knew it wasn't going to happen
