Someone kick my butt!

I took 2 weeks off from running, my shins were blown, and I increased my distance too quickly (probably why I had bad shins).

So today, I'm trying to talk myself into going again, only for 3k, not the 6 I was doing, but I'm SO lazy!

Kick my butt and make me go! I still have 30 pounds to get rid of. Sigh.

Now turn around and kick me before you leave LOL! I did the 5K race at the beginning of April and now I've been a slacker since then. Still working out, but not running much.

I am ready to go, I need Tony to get back first, since the girls are home this morning. He needs to hurry before I change my mind LOL
 
You can do it! I just started back again yesterday, its been a couple of months for me. I am only going 1.5 miles though.
