Some more leap pad deals...

ooh, i also see that the Leapster games are on sale. i have a pink Leapster 2 for Chloe on layaway but i didnt get her any games yet. it comes with one on it and you get one free download from the site. her birthday is on the 27th, i was going to let her pick out a game or two as her birthday present, but they are cheap on the site right now. free shipping too i think.
 
I am so annoyed, we had the My First LeapPad Learning System for our son but they have discontinued it, so there are no games available anymore. We would need to start all over again!:thumbdown:

I hate it when they do this..we have that one too and have 3 games that go with it..I've put it up so DD can play with it when she gets a little older but not so sure how she'll enjoy Cars/Thomas and Spongebob games lol
 
Well, what can you do? It is a shame, DS loooooves to play with it. He wants a Nintendo DS but his older sister just got one for her 7th birthday, so he is not going to get one. Guess we have to go with the new system - inlaws are coming, maybe they can buy it as a christmas gift.

DS is 4 and got the Leapster 2 for his birthday in May and I have to say he has REALLY played with it...pretty much every day at some point..and it's a tough little system too b/c he is really rough with it and it keeps on going lol
 
Any recommendations for a 2.5 year old? My kiddo loves his vtech alphabet toys... I was thinking the one that is like a smart phone... but wanted to get some ideas...

I just picked up my little one that alphabet drum. Which is nice because her older sister can play with it too. My kids' presents are complete!

Sounds like that will his gift then :thumbup: Shame that you have to pay so much more here than where you are...sigh
 
Has anyone bought the Zippity yet? I want to get Rhett one for x-mas (he's 2y4mo). And he LOVES Mickey and Pooh. I'm wondering if it's pretty easy to use and wondering if I should buy it now or wait until his birthday in August???
