Some Email Help

hey girls,

I feel like something is going on with our email and I'm not receiving mails. Will a few of you who see this send me a quick note to admin at sweetshoppedesigns.com and robin at sweetnsassydesign.com? I'd appreciate the help testing and if you can reply to this thread so that I know to look for a mail from you, that would be awesome.

Sent ya some e-mails Robin. :)

I've also been getting quite a few OLD notifications. No big deal - I figured it was because of the upgrade and would get sorted out. :)
 
Well, apparently there were some 15k emails in the queue :blink:

I've received emails from Kim, Heather, Stacy, Rebecca and Lydia - so maybe im just being paranoid but yeah it's just seemed strange since yesterday and emails from Libby went missing on Friday night too which worried me.

Anyhow, thanks for mailing me - hopefully we're good, but I'll keep an eye on it.

I sent one about an hour ago. I've also been getting a ton of old orders from as far back as earlier this year to last week.
 
I've gotten a ton of random ones earlier this week and earlier today. I've probably gotten 40 emails, from old newsletters to purchase receipts from the store.
 
I've just sent 1 to each email address but they aren't from the email account I'm registered with in the forum, not sure if that'll make a difference, I didn't realise until I'd sent them lol.
 
Robin, just emailed you. It's an immediate issue, not a blah blah email. Wanted to be sure you were looking for my email.

okay... just sent a second email, solved the first email issue.

Didnt get either mail. Ive got texts out to Jason to try to solve this. We're working on it, but I'm glad that I've confirmed that I'm definitely not getting mails and not going crazy.
 
I have received tons of Sweet Shoppe Newsletters as far back as 1/9/2010! I thought you were hacked again and came looking for answers ;)
 
Hmm...haven't gotten any emails from the Shoppe, but then again I haven't gotten a newsletter since I switched email addresses last year. Tempted to go check my old addy just to see if there's any in there :D
 
I got an email today that actually got me excited! It was telling me that I had received a PM from Melissa saying that she picked my page as a Sunday Standout (and today's Sunday) and there was a coupon code for her store.

But when I went to my PM's, there was nothing. And the layout that she had picked was like from AGES ago and I am sure that she had already picked it like a long time ago.

Anyway, the coupon doesn't work. *pout* And there's no PM in my inbox. lol :) So I'm guess this was a re-send from some time ago.

I hope you get the emails figured out Robin.
 
{sob} I feel so left out. I haven't gotten any back emails from SSD.
