DH got me the Sigma 30mm 1.4 lens I asked for! and a new camera bag, and a remot control clicky thingy for my camera that I used to take TWO family pics with so far (with me actually in them!).

Also - since my b-day was Christmas day, I thought I'd mention that they totally did it nice this year. The kids baked a cake on the 24th (with Granny's help), decorated it purple and pink and sang happy b-day to me! then they gave me my b-day gifts then. It was nice to spread it out a bit, LOL! DH got me a necklace from etsy and my parents got me a new makeup kit from bare escentuals. YUMMY!!

Anyone else get any goodies they want to share?!

My dh got me the oxford complete works of Jane Austen and the 2 Glee soundtrack cds. My parents got me kitchen stuff -a new skillet, some pans, and various utensils.

I bought myself a bamboo knitting needle set. :p
 
My sweet 10-year old son bought me a beautiful necklace with a cross on it - he picked it out himself and spent his own money. I was so touched by that. Definitely a scrapbook page coming soon :)
 
a new flat screen tv (32" all we can fit), a wii system & some games (we got all this stuff a few months ago for christmas lol)

some gift cards, jewelry, pots & pans set, and a few other goodies :)
 
I got a reed diffuser from my SIL and some photo frames from my MIL. I told my husband and kids all I wanted was to have everyone cooperate for photos. The boys in my family hate having their picture taken so that is HUGE LOL. They did not cooperate though :( Only my daughter did. Then I went to my sisters and got the info about my nephew finding her and talked to him on the phone so that was defenitely exciting and better then anything anyone could have bought :)
 
I completely forgot that our new HDTV was a Christmas present to ourselves LoL We just got each other stocking stuffers.
 
I got a new KitchenAid Mixer from DH and my mom gave me the Willow Tree Nativity Set...I collect Willow Tree so I was pretty excited about it :)

I collect willow tree angels too but haven't seen this- going to have to check that out!

I got several surprise gifts from DH- my favorite is definitely the kindle, a really nice, cozy blanket big enough to share (I'm always cold and he's always hot- so I needed this!) and a Target card. I don't like to shop, but when I do, I prefer Target-- nice nod to the Dos Equis man :)
 
I got my 1 TB ehd from DH and a ton of stuff from my parents... clothes, b&bw stuff, Hello Cupcake, target gc's. I got the Kris Allen cd from my cousins and a cool scrapbook journaling book from my brother & sil.
 
From my DH, I got a Kitchen Aid Stand mixer (which I know will get tons of use), a mini video camera, and a new 500 GB EHD. I bought DH a 37 inch flat screen, so while it's HIS gift, we're all enjoying it LOL! We needed a new tv, our old one was losing color. I also bought him a 1 TB EHD, so with the two we already had, we have spent the past couple of days backing up, and double backing up his PC, and my two. I feel so much more secure now!
 
DH and I don't really exchange gifts. We're going on a cruise in Feb. and had to replace our laptop so that was presents enough.

My MIL got me this pod warmer...I LOVE it. I'm a candle/scent freak....especially the winter ones like oatmeal raisin cookie and toffee drizzled popcorn
 
Jordan and I didn't exchange gifts this year. We had a big wedding and a ridiculous honeymoon, and I had some big bills to pay off.

But I got a really cute sweater from Jordan's family from the Gap. It was really touching because they know I'm always cold, and they even thought about what color to get (not grey since I wear sweatshirts all the time). It was just really sweet.

I got some gift cards, some random stuff, a really nice red tea kettle for the kitchen, and a big fluffy red robe from PB (which I have to figure out how to return, because Jordan got me the same one last year with my monogram on it, lol).

I'll get another gift card or two, and some craft stuff this weekend when we go to NY for New Year's and to exchange gifts with my family.
 
Hubby got me a Nikon D300. I was sooooo shocked and excited. I have only mentioned that camera to him once. I thought if he got me anything it would be an external flash (he knows I need one) and if by chance he got me a camera, it would be a D90 since I've talked about that one more than the 300. I never even imagined he'd get that for me. I LOOOOOOVE it!
 
From my inlaws, my hubby intercepted a Trendy Totes order I had placed... his parents paid for it and wrapped it for me... lol. I thought I was going to have to get tough with the company since it still hadn't arrived yet.

Hubby got me an Oster Fusion blender, and I'm in blender heaven now! If I only got one gift, that's what I wanted - a great blender. So I'm tickled pink :-)
 
DH got me a new Nikon - Zoom Nikkor 55-200mm f/4-5.6G IF-ED AF-S DX VR Zoom Lens
for my camera. :wub:

He let our oldest pick out a bunch of stuff for me too and he got me 2 candles (Lavender & Apple Spice - my faves), a picture frame, and a beautiful cozy full sized blanket. My DS knows me well.... :)

My parents got me a new bedding set for my bed and surprised me with an early birthday present - a beautiful cream color wool coat and a gorgeous red scarf to go with it!

ooh! everyone got such great goodies!!

I know the holidays are really for the kids - but still, its nice to get a little sumpin' sumpin'...especially when it shows that someone really thought about the gift.

My husband got me a 2 karat heart shaped pendant set in a platinum heart to match the heart studs he got me last year! I loveeeee it...I'm wearing it today for the first time and I feel like I'm sparkling all over...makes me giddy!

I got some great new MAC and YSL make up from my mom, also a fantastical set of Chi products...

I do love Christmas!

DH and I just got eachother one present... he got me the PW cook book! Woot! :) I'm so excited :)

And my parents got us a new stove!! We needed one so badly, so I'm SO grateful for that!!
 
wse don't really exhcange gifts {we usually shop after xmas :) } but he stuffed a belt in my stocking {because I always steal his!!!} and I got him a Colts Mr Potato head! byt my MIL gave me and AWESOME bed set and then Dha nd I got to go whopping at IKEA for a bit by ourselves {that was awesome} and they watched 3 of our kids so we could go spend time with my BIL/SIL's....it was so much fun {we don't get to go out often because we all have kids and finding a sitter at the last ninute can suck since DH and I are visiting from out of town}...plus Matt's real mom gave us $1000 so we are gonna pay off bills :)
 
I got a new purple Dooney & Bourke purse that I'm madly in love with, the Cuisinart Griddler which I've been using to make amazing paninis, my pea coat from Lands End, a Wusthof bread knife and a gold charm that he had engraved with 13.1 on the front and the day I ran the half marathon on the back.

He's so sweet.:wub:

I got him a laptop bag, that he picked out.

I fail as a wife. :mellow:
 
DH got me a Wii and a couple of games (New Mario Bros Wii and Carnival Games) and an Epson Artisan 710 printer. My mom got me a stand mixer and a target gift card. I got a PW cookbook for myself ;)

I got a Flip camcorder and a Cricut expression. plus some smaller items like a laundry sorter and a laptop desk and a cookbook.
 
We kept things pretty small this year, but I still got a few fun things. I got a cookbook I've been wanting, Wii Fit Plus, and EA Active for the Wii (although the cookbook might cancel out any of the benefits of the Wii games :)).

Best of all, though, was I got a brand new nephew for Christmas this year. My sister's water broke just after they finished setting out Christmas for their other kiddos. Her labors go so fast that they do home births. The midwife arrived in time, and little Winslow was born at 12:38 on Christmas morning (only an hour after her water broke)! That makes 31 grandchildren for my parents, one more one the way, and probably a few more in the next few years!
 
Congrats on the new nephew, Lydia! That is a wonderful Christmas present!!

I got a couple of cookbooks that I picked for myself, a stuffed elephant from the boys (I collect them), and a video game from Andrew. Oh! I also got a new car charger for my iPhone since mine had mysteriously disappeared.
 
I got a new watch, a Kathy purse that is oh so adorable, a Jeff Dunham movie, some make-up, a Sephoria gc, some adorable boots, and a cute track suit! Pretty good Xmas :)
 
DH got me a Canon Rebel XSi and the 50mm 1.8 lens... and a Jo Tote camera bag! I got my presents early this year... got the camera on Dec. 1st. ;) Then on Christmas I just got a movie in my stocking from him! :thumbup:

haha I ALWAYS steal my DH's belt. He threatened to get me one for Christmas, too!
 
My bf got me my nikkor 50mm 1.8/f lens that I wanted, a VS gift card and some other mis. stuff. My parents got me clothes, a new printer, a makeup bag set, a few cookbook...my other family and friends got me gift cards, some Marilyn Monroe art (LOVE THEM), a subscription to taste of home, some dvds.

Then yesterday for my birthday I got NOTHING. That's right nothing. My gparents got me a card and that's about it. Oh and my mom made me a pumpkin roll...mmmm. Overall though my birthday was not a good one.
Christmas was great though. Aside from having to work all day.

I will be buying myself some Christmas presents though here in the near future. I need a new camera bag, I want a flip camcorder, and of course always shopping here at SSD. Oh and a remote control thing for my camera.
 
Hubby got me a Kodak Pocket Camcorder, Wii Fit Plus and some new Costa Del Mar sunglasses (since I dropped mine off the boat in the Keys a year and a half ago).

My parents got us a Wii with lots of games and a new purse and some PJs.

My inlaws got me new pillows, GC for a manicure and haircut, GC to our fav restaurant and $$$.

I had a great Christmas!
 
I got this for christmas. It was the best present I have ever had in my whole entire life.
