I have to brag! My 16 year old daughter was nominated for a Community Award, and the Awards Night was tonight.
You guys - she won! :wub:
The award she won was the Leaders of Tomorrow award, the criteria is a full time student that:
-Provides outstanding contribution to their community through volunteerism
-Inspires others to give back to the community
She's done some volunteering and organized events that have raised about $3000 and 500 lbs of food for the food bank and shelter the last 2 years. She is such a kind kid and we are so chuffed - she's such a great kid!
