My daughter has homecoming tonight and her boyfriend just informed her last night he does not want pictures taken. He said if I have to take pictures then I can take no more then 10 and he wants them taken at his house. We normally go to the park to do them and she was really looking forward to having some pictures with him and of each of them alone. She told me this so I told her I would just take pictures of her. Then she told me no she wants them of both of them. So now she is all upset and honestly I would not want to take any pictures of him right now anyhow. He has been being kinda jerky to her lately. Like picking fights over stupid stuff and telling her he will call then never does.

I know...this is her last homecoming as she is a senior and the pictures were really important to her. I could just take pictures of her and be perfectly happy with that but she wants pictures of the both of them together and seperate and lighting is a defenite issue both at our house and at his not to mention the pictures are so much prettier on the river where we were planning on taking them.
 
no it doesnt Traci. He has been doing alot of stuff that just seems to me that he is trying to make HER break up with HIM. Like he took some girl he met on myspace to the beach the other day and didnt ask my daughter to go with him. His best friend also went as well as his best friends girlfriend. Then today when she talked to him he was out with another girl :thumbdown:
 
Poo on him! I wouldn't want pics of him either. Does sound a bit suspicious......

This is such a hard age. My oldest DD graduated in June this year. I have so many broken hearts right along with her. It is so hard being a parent sometimes......
 
He sounds like a jerk! It all is very suspicious, isn't it? Definitely does sound like he's trying to make her break up with him because he's too afraid to do it. Sorry your daughter (and you) have to deal with his idiocy!
 
what a jerk!!! sounds suspicious to me!!!! poor DD~ my DD's homecoming is in 2 weeks and right now she doesn't have a boyfriend and I suppose she will just be going with a group of girlfriends, so we'll see....
 
yea I agree...hes a jerk. Im at the point where I am going to tell her she needs to stop seeing him. I know it probably wont do much good but today was the last straw. Im just tired of him getting her all upset then thinking that Im sorry is going to fix it all.
 
I think she expects to meet the person she is going to spend her life with in high school like I did. I kinda wish now I would have told her she could not date until she finished high school LOL (yeaa that would have went over really well right?)
 
Ugh. Jerk for sure.

I hope it all works out! Sometimes I wish Wes would stay 2 forever b/c I have no idea how to deal with stuff like this... LOL.

I hope she still has a great time tonight!
